The House
Roberts & Co is a London jewellery and silver house, established in 2007. Our collections bring together jewellery, silver and genuine historic coinage, chosen for the character of the object and the quality of its design.

We are drawn to pieces with a clear sense of form: a balanced proportion, a distinctive surface, a considered setting or a detail that rewards a closer look. Across the collections, materials and construction are described with care, allowing each piece to be understood on its own terms.
Jewellery and silver
The collections encompass rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and accessories for gentlemen. Some are defined by a simple line; others by sculptural form, the colour of a stone or the interplay of polished and textured surfaces.
Proportion is central to how a piece is experienced: the scale of a setting, the profile of a band, the fall of a chain or the way a pendant rests at the neckline. These details give each design its particular presence.

Genuine historic coinage
Coin jewellery begins with an original coin. Portraits, dates, lettering and struck relief remain part of the object, while the surface bears the individual character of its history. The coin is the point of distinction: each example is different, and none is a modern reproduction of an antique design.
We identify coins by their date and denomination. Coins more than a century old are described as antique; later historic pieces are described by their own period and date. Their interest lies in the genuine object and the detail it has carried through time.
Materials and detail
Sterling silver and gold each bring a different tone and character to a design. The coin, setting and chain are distinct parts of a necklace, and their materials and finishes are identified individually in each listing.
Our guides explain precious-metal descriptions, hallmarking and the care suited to different materials and finishes.

Personal significance
A date may recall a person, a place or an occasion. A familiar shape may become part of everyday dress. A genuine historic object carries its own story; in time, the person who wears it gives it another.
