Silver, gold and genuine historic coins give Roberts & Co jewellery its colour, weight and character. The description of each piece identifies its metal and finish, with details of the setting and chain where applicable.
Silver and gold
Our collections include sterling silver, solid gold and gold-plated jewellery. Gold plating is a surface finish over another metal; it is distinct from solid gold. Check the individual product description for the base metal and the gold fineness used.
Historic coins
Our coin jewellery uses original coins historically struck by the Royal Mint. Dates, denominations and struck details are part of each design. The coin, setting and chain can have different compositions, so their materials are described separately where applicable.
